The default offense and defense will be ran the first year. If I have a losing record after the first year. I will install my own offense (ROSA custom pb) and defense (3-3-5).
Recuiting: Interesting recuites only and 70 OVR only will be the lowest I go unless I see a gem within the lower players.

I would go with WSU. Probably the worst offense and possible defense in the pack 12. haven't won anything big since Ryan Leaf days. Would be fun to watch them grow into a championship team again. Recruiting might be hard though.

Washington State or Idaho. Washington State will leave you with quite the challenge going up against the rest of the Pac-12, since Washington State is in the cellar of the conference. Idaho would be easier schedule-wise being in the Sun Belt, but good luck getting any meaningful recruits in Idaho. :D You might possibly have California as a pipeline, but that'd be about it.
