Season pass question

I just purchased the season pass on the psn store and it didn't require me to download anything. So I was wondering if I need to do something else or what.. this is the first time I purchased it so I'm not sure how it works. Also does anyone know when NCAA 14 will be available to download on Friday?

I'm assuming you downloaded the season ticket itself and when you go onto the app I'm pretty sure they have a countdown of when you can download the game.

NCAA should be ready around 5-6pm EST Friday (hopefully).

You shouldn't need to download anything for the Season Ticket. You just purchase it and it logs that you have it.

Have you downloaded thePS3 EA Sports Central App??? When NCAA 14 is ready to be downloaded it will show you in there. Also, it gives you all of your information on your season ticket expiration date, etc.

After checking the Season ticket under the EA Sports "game", the release time ticker says it will release in 1 day 13 hours and 15 minutes. It also lists the benefits and perks for NCAA Football 14 Season Ticket holders.

Just find the EA CENTRAL app in the psn store and download it.

Just reading my season ticket status and NCAA 14 has now popped up. As of 10:09pm PACIFIC it is reading that the DL will be available in 1 day 11 hours and 51 minutes. Nice!

refer to my post above... download EA CENTRAL from psn. You find it by search or in games. Good luck.

I can't even search for EA Central. When I go into the store and try to search for EA Central it restricts which characters I can type in. For example, after I type in EA and hit the space bar it restricts me to using the characters S then P then O and so on and so forth.

Okay I am stumped. I just went to PSN and looked for it and no, I cannot find it anywhere. That's bizarre. Sorry about that. I wonder if it has since been removed from the store???

From what I've gathered from searching another website, the PS3 no longer has the EA Central app. IDK if this 100% true or not.

In Europe we have never had EA central, so when you need to download the early release you just go into the NCAA game icon and you should be able to download it there.

That's how it worked with FIFA last year. There are also some videos on YouTube .

Yeah I dunno what happened to the EA app but I believe it is no longer available for download. I had to find it in my old download history to re-download it recently and it apparently works. No clue how a new person gets the app though.

Where are you guys seeing the countdown clock? I have season ticket and when I go to NCAA 14 it just has the demo.

Its in the EA Sports app. Click on it and then it shows a clock in there to when 14 is available for download for season ticket holders.

Ok...I don't have the EA app so that's why I can't see it. I looked for the app but it sounds like its no longer available.

I've never had the app before but after you've subscribed, then you're good. At some point tomorrow (presumably 1pm ET), it will show in the store as "NCAA Football 14 Early Release"... at least that's how I got it last year.

Thanks guys just one more question After you purchase the season ticket does ea sports send you an email or anything like that to confirm your purchase? . The only reason I ask is because I forget what email and password I gave ea since it was so long ago I have tried to change it but it won't let me. I just want to make sure I will be able to play the game tomorrow. They took the money out of my account and I went into account management and looked under the services list and went to the season ticket and right next to status it says in use. Thanks for the help.

I hate to be that guy... but... I would not be surprised in the least if we can download early but the game will stay "locked" until say 6pm (pacific). They may be allowing for downloading all day because the servers will be crazy with everyone trying to download all at once. Hopefully that is not the case but it is a possibility to keep in mind.

At least then I'd be able to play. Last year, we couldn't start downloading until 6pm EST. By the time I finally got it downloaded, it was pushing 7:30pm, which resulted in me getting to only play it for may be two hours before I had to hit the sack due to getting up at 2am on Saturdays for work. And since I end up sleeping the entire afternoon on Saturday after work, I ended up sitting there late Saturday night with still only two hours or so of gameplay in on my season ticket NCAA. So anything to get the game downloaded early and being able to instantly start playing at a certain time is fine with me.

I am going on 5 hours right now it is a little over 6 Gigs. I think it is only taking so long because I am on a wireless network. I am halfway tempted to get up and move my box just so i can plug it in and get it over with.

Ya, mine is only at 28% after a couple of hours...just upgraded my fios Internet speed as well. ...money well spent. :sarcasm:
