Ordering online (Target)

Two questions:

1) if I pre order via Target will it arrive on the release date?
2) do online pre orders still get the ultimate team packs?

1) I would guess the earliest you could receive it is July 10, but you would have to pay for Express Shipping.

2) I thought that pre-ordering from Target would get you a code for the ACC NFUT pack (e-mailed to you), but I am not seeing that pre-order bonus on the Target website, unless I am overlooking it.
