Good question. I want to know if we DL a team from teambuilder if we still have to dump an already existing team before the new team can join a conference

99.99999% yes! I would bet there are zero changes to teambuilder this year, outside of minor updates. Teambuilder is a one and done feature. It has not really been added on since NCAA 10. If there were changes coming there would be a blog.

I'm using Tapatalk 2 and the Cleveland Browns STILL suck.

the only changes i have seen made is the addition of typing on the front of the jersey. I think we need to get with the "Game Changers" and see if we can really get some input on this issue.

appears to be smoother transition. I was on the 13 page in another window and never noticed

Well at least we got our field art in. Our north end zone isn't updated & I can't tell if we got our new scoreboard in after it's been in our stadium for 3 years now.
