I never really played online ranked games so i was interested in knowing what was the cheese goin on. I know at the beginning of the game it was the shake blitz but they patched that. So what was the cheese online?

That shit is the most annoying one of them all. And people still do it in NCAA and Madden. People can't just sit in the pocket and throw the ball. ugh.

that's the least of it. Going on 4th all the time...all game plan on aggressive while in man defense and bump and run every single play. Positioning players to blitz too easily with no offensive line help...so called hurry up offense all day from these ADD/ADHD spazz's. Blatant disregard for playing another human online.

over 100 teams online and all you see is 4 OR SO of them, Alabama/Oregon/LSU/FSU and a couple others. No one can just play. No one has a sense of adventure or fun. Its a " I better win or my life sucks" attitude.

one guy used the Vandals but he still needed to do all the bull-crap instead of being normal. I matched him and picked UTSA but it ended up just another game with a dishonest cheater.

But I know these idiots have caused others who wanted to, never go online again because the first time they did, one of these morons destroyed the other guys fun factor and the ghetto online stays its pathetic experience that it is for the dumb majority.

the culture in general is pathetic. Everyone online feels the need to have a psn name that sounds vicious or wannabe dominating in some way...piksix...Ikillu...TDallday...dominatedefns.. ..i'mthebest..yousuck...makeUquit....get over yourselves you idiots...and the dumb asses who keep starting over or changing accounts so they have a record that's mostly wins and looks intimidating. No one can see you or knows who you are, no one gives a damn what your record is. It means and proves nothing important.

i'm 50-something and 60-something so obviously I don't care about winning. I just want to be amused by a decent animated football experience.

its the off-season so theres only a so called smaller number of online people and it can take 2 minutes or more to find a game at night. And a lot of the only guys left are the cheesing losers who have played 200 or more games of their sorry excuse for what is supposed to be football.

...and the worst of the worst...the one's that know football really well and know every flaw in the game and abuse both to no end...again=as though their life depends on it....:smh:

last night I lost like 4 games and then played a guy who did the same stupid junk and I finally gave in and went on 4th because I was sick of his junk..he went on 4th on first possession,failed at fake punt, scored n went for 2 and got it.
And he wasn't that good so I finally took a chance LOL

my tight end got like 9 catches for 100 and something yards and all 3 TDs

for those confused, I am obviously not bragging. I am simply fascinated by the fact that everyone's online stats can be kept/seen. The other aspect of liking sports and sports games as a fan is stats.

I have this problem as well. If I grab a c rated team don't take bama. I would rather play with even teams and have a good time online. If i lose oh well it's not the end of the world.

There's multiple disconnect glitches like that. There's another one that just kicks your opponent right from the game without the delay of game. Most of these have been in the game for 2 or 3 years now, unfortunately.

LOL I can describe something in detail and be frustrated about it. It doesn't mean I cant tolerate and accept the stupidity for what it is. Like I said, playing online is still a fascinating miracle and I will continue to venture because playing AI the entire time is only interesting for a short time when you're hooked up to the world.

:D Yep, that was the one. They could make you wait and you could either quit or wait them out. A lot of them would wait like 20 minutes and resume the game, hoping you'd be gone and would get 3 consecutive delay of game penalties, which would boot you. How someone figured that out is beyond me.

I think the sad thing to me is, I don't have endless amounts of time like I did before, kids, job, etc...these kids that can go into the lobby and do these sorts of things, well it's like they say it only takes 1 bad apple to ruin the bunch.

Since I don't have hours to HOPE to get a complete game in, I get nervous even thinking of playing a random online game. I worry if I go in there, get a good game, evenly matched teams, then somehow I'm up towards the end of the 4th they will pull something like this and booom my time will be down the drain with nothing to show for it....this is why I don't even venture into the lobby/online stuff unless I'm planning on meeting my buddies for ranked games.

The other thing that's silly is, if you ask for a 0% DNF game it seems like that only attracts the DNF people.

I was thinking the same thing after I posted, it's wild like you say, they will then not play you b/c your rank is "not high enough" for them to play you or waste their time, yet if you do get a chance to play them and are winning BOOM here comes their silly tactics.

I say this is b/c they started giving ALL kids green ribbons and trophies, they are confused, they don't know what it means to win AND lose. All they know is win, if you can't win just by showing up, cheat so you win....just by showing up...

Now he is up by three scores, instead of two. If anything it shows he was concerned you might have the offense to catch up to him.

I think I would call it crying about spilled milk. It is a video game for cripes sake and if this is the worst thing to happen to you today, you did pretty well.

Yes, going for it on fourth and one inside the 5 yard line to try and get a 17 point lead instead of only a 13 point lead (which, a touchdown, onside kick and/or defensive stand and touchdown, he goes from winning 13-0 to losing 14-13) and try to secure the win, yes, oh so cheesy. That has got to be the absolute stupidest fucking thing I have read this entire week. It's not even remotely close to him being a selfish dick and it being cheese. It was 10-0, of course he's going to take the gamble inside the 5 yard line and try for a three touchdown lead as opposed to only a two touchdown lead. That's called sealing the fucking game. It that's cheese, then apparently going for it on fourth down AT ALL is fucking cheese. :fp:

Uh oh, the Buffalo Bills coaching squad better get ready for Ram's wrath. I'm watching the Buffalo-Indy replay on NFL Network from Sunday night. Leading 30-20 with 5:18 left in their preseason game against Indianapolis, Buffalo went for it on fourth and three from the Indy 5 yard line, throwing a pass into the end zone for a touchdown to give Buffalo a 37-20 lead. Buffalo had a 10 point lead with just over 5 minutes left in the game, went for it on fourth down at the Indy 5 yard line, and scored a touchdown for a 17 point lead. Oh the humanity! Oh the cheese!
