Anyone remember this game? I just bought it for $3.99. I just hope the video I watched on Youtube about getting my PS3to play PS2 games works. If not, it's only 4 dollars I wasted. BTW, anyone ever try this on their PS3?

Yeah only the original 60 GB fat PS3 plays all PS2 games. The 20 GB fat and 80 GB fat CECHE01 model will play PS2 games with the PS2 add-on. I've played NCAA 04, NCAA 06, Madden 05, NFL 2k5, and NHL 2004 on my old 80 GB PS3 CECHE01 (Metal Gear Solid bundle edition) before I got rid of it couple years ago on ebay. I now have a 40 GB PS3 which I got from my brother but it only plays PS3 and PS1 games. I just pull out my old PS2 from storage whenever I feel like playing my old PS2 games including MVP NCAA 07 (solid baseball game for the time, just doesn't compare to MLB 12 The Show so I never play it).

Basically. I haven't received the game yet, I ordered it offline, I'll post in here when I find out if it works for me or not. I've searched Google for how to play PS2 games on your PS3 and there are a lot of hits and misses. It works for some and it doesn't work for others.

Basically if you have the model from when the PS3 was launched, it'll work, else it won't.

I was getting excited as I thought there was a workaround :D

I've lost $4 then. I gotta do more research on shit I find online. :glare:
