What restrictions would u recommend since convincing a player to stay is way to easy? What overall do i just let em leave.

You'll still have some 90+ players that don't want to leave.

In our dynasty we say if the player is projected as a 1st, 2nd or 3rd round pick you have to let him go. Regardless of rating. I think 95+ is a cop-out.

In the last few years in order to keep the game more challenging I have decided to let all players go who wish to leave. It makes the games a lot more challenging when your 93ovr MLB leaves and you have not recruited yet for the position so his backup is like a 73ovr with terrible coverage skills.
