Go to Country Clubs
Join a Country Club
Select Country Club Name
Type in Tailgate Golf CC
Hit Search
Select the Club
Hit X or A to join
Enter password TGA14

I dont know, but did see after playing couple of rounds that I was invited to join country club... Not really sure if this is common, this is first time I have ever had season ticket and downloaded game...
