tOSU takes down Notre Dame 38-34 a game filled with turnovers and two qbs airing it out. Jr McNeal finished 28-34 498 2 td and 4 int and also threw in a rushing td. Soph WR Kurt Malone had a career day catching 11 passes for 275 yards and 1 td
