Commish can log on website not xbox

Hey guys. Having an issue. I am a commish of a league and can log on through the dynasty website to advance and do things but I keep getting an error message when I try through my Xbox. Any thoughts?

Over how long a period have you been seeing the Xbox error? Minutes, hours, days?

Just to be clear:

- Can you advance the week online?
- Can users access the OD at all?
- Are you the only one seeing this message or are all members?

2 Yes, we are in week 3 of off season recruiting and none of the other 9 have had an issue

Hmmmm......Can you set someone else as commish via the web, let them run the week and advance, and then see if you can take back control of your team/OD on XBox in the following week?

I've heard of this issue where no users can get into the OD from the console and the only way to resolve it was to load a saved OD file and start over from the start of the week.

Just amazes me how many forums EA Sports has for questions or problems and ZERO people answering questions

This isn't an EA forum. And if I had any clue what the cause might be, or a workaround, I'd suggest something. Same goes for anyone here. I've seen plenty of instances where a commish can log on the console, but not the Web, but never the reverse, before now.

When our OD had a similar issue (no one could access via console, could via web), we had to restart by loading up the most recent OD save file. If an advance didn't allow you to get back in, that may be your best option. It may lead to a week being replayed, but at least all of you can get it and play then.

I realize "this" isn't an EA forum, I was just talking about how their forum that you are directed to from their website is full of questions and no answers. We actually found a solution. We had another user load the league up from a saved file and sent all the original members invites. Granted we lost out on preseason stuff, couldn't edit scheduling and lost our coaches BUT the league appears to live on.

Glad to hear you got it up again. Though you shouldn't have lost your coaches. Did everyone pick to create a new coach when the league was launched again? You should have had the option of "Use Existing Coach", and it would have been the exact same coach you had at the time.
