Sounds good. I will text you when it is getting close. I will try to get the baby to stay up until close to that time so he is napping while we play.

(****) CB Jevon Mills has committed to Virginia Tech Damnit. Would've been a good CB, S, or even QB for me.

Florida State moves to 4-0 after intercepting Texas A&M QB Matt Davis five times, giving the Seminoles a ridiculous 11 interceptions on the season.

FSU QB Bryan Stephens was himself intercepted twice, but he battled back to a 15/22 day for 135 yards and 1 passing TD. He also added 68 net yards on the ground and 2 rushing TDs, but was sacked four times, reducing his total.

The Seminole player of the game was unsung hero HB Pender, who rushed 21 times for 128 yards and 2 TDs, including 40 yards after contact. LOLB Terrance Scruggs had 11 tackles, to lead the defense, including 2 TFLs.

Florida State scored first, methodically moving down on their opening drive, but A&M quickly countered with an 87 yard bomb for a TD. The teams traded interceptions, and A&M was able to take a 10-7 lead. From there, it was all FSU to take a 10-7 lead. From there, it was all FSU. While A&M would continue to rack up the yards, four drives would end in interceptions, another two would be missed FG attempts, and there was a failed fourth down attempt. To the players on the field, the game probably felt closer than the scoreboard indicates.

There is some controversy, however, as the first interception thrown by QB Matt Davis was not reviewed by the booth. Post-game analysis revealed it clearly should have:

Without the interception, A&M would have, at least, taken a 13-7 lead if not 17-7. That would have possibly been a very different ballgame.

A week after giving up 689yds passing to MSU, the Ducks came out with a clear objective. STOP the pass. The defense certainly played the pass much better this week, only allowing 82yds passing but they gave up some big runs in the running game allowing 5.2yds a rush.

This Ducks defense, has to quickly start maturing or it could find itself in for a long long year.

Ducks escaped with a 20-17 win, but felt like they were in control even after giving up a pick 6 to fall behind by 2 scores. Right now the Ducks QB's have combined to throw 8 INT's threw 2 games. A stat that simply must get better. This upcoming week could see some new faces on both sides of the ball as the Ducks look to improve and position itself for a nice run.

GG razor. Yet another loss on the final drive of the game. :( This game is becoming more frustrating day by day. My best corner watches the ball go right by him for a 29 yard pass on like 3rd and 25 or something like that. I just don't understand it.
