You'd think that one day I would learn to never do recruiting from the console... lost 13 hours of recruiting time and my board wiped. Hopefully I can find the players I was after because I found some gems that I fell in love with.

13 hours? I lost one. Crazy that its safer on the web than the console

All OVR Teams are here! Teams are determined by OVR, ties are broken by lowest AWR then youngest player (since AWR can inflate a rating & youngest means most room to grow for the future).

Nah... lookup just grabbed the wrong player. I manually entered the rest of the data for him (since he's not on a User team) but forgot to correct the Pos.

Yeah... if I ever considered that it would lockup I would certainly do that but since I do 95% of my recruiting from the web, I just don't think about having any issues... the web has been very good, though the console does a couple of things better.
Yeah, VLOOKUP... I should probably concatenate the NamePosTeam together or something to likely guarantee unique values, but that's too much work.

I hate all of you with badass Freshman defenses.
Yeah, VLOOKUP... I should probably concatenate the NamePosTeam together or something to likely guarantee unique values, but that's too much work.Yeah, that's what I had to do for my OVR Progression spreadsheet. But since your guys can change teams, that could totally screw you. NamePos would be about the only thing you could do (because, AFAIK, the CPU will never do a position change).
Though =A1&B1&C1 isn't much more work than a VLOOKUP :D

Well, the way I do lookups for Where Are They Now is to look at only user teams... therefore regardless whether they changed teams or not, they're going to return #NA values so I just manually find it from the master roster. That and any concatenation I would do would simply be off to a hidden field or something since obviously it wouldn't be properly formatted for display purposes.
