I'll kick it off...

http://i.imgur.com/kX0Ae.png

Jackson is an athletic and versatile big man with good potential on both sides of the ball. A case could be made for him as a defensive tackle, but his best fit in college looks to be on the O-line as a center. He possesses very good size at this stage, especially for a center, and looks to carry his weight well on his long frame with very good upper and lower body strength. While he looks to predominately snap in the shotgun formation -- he gets the ball back quickly and accurately -- he does also have experience working with the quarterback under center. He displays very good flexibility. He looks comfortable working with a defender lined up over him. He is capable of snapping the ball and firing out low, gaining leverage and driving defenders off the ball. In base block situations, he can lean into his blocks at times and needs to continue to improve his footwork and more consistently snap his hips and maximize his power so he can consistently create the push he has shown he is capable of. Displays the quickness and alertness to adjust to movement and handle sudden changes in direction. He is a very agile big man who excels playing on his feet in space. He does a very good job of being able to snap and pull and quickly gets out in front and locates targets. He can get a hat on active second level defenders with crushing results and is able to maintain balance and stay on his feet. Does a good job of climbing to second level and takes good angles. He plays with good effort and toughness and will try to punish defenders when he can. May need more development in pass pro, but displays the tools to be very productive in this role with further refinement. Displays the hand quickness and power to jolt rushers with his punch. Displays the foot quickness and flexibility to bend and mirror rushers, and the size to be able to anchor and slow power rushers. Also displays excellent out-of-box ability. He is also a good defensive tackle who displays a quick first step. Plays with good pad level and very good strength and can separate and shed from blockers. Jackson is a talented big man who could help a team in a few ways in the trenches, but shows excellent ability and upside as an O-lineman, specifically at center.

McBride is one of the more complete passers in this class in terms of measurables, arm strength and ability to make all the throws. Possesses elite height and average athleticism for the position. He is lean and lanky with the frame to carry 230 pounds or more over time. He can shuffle, re-set and buy a second passing chance, but is not a dual-threat. He sees the field very well, scans and works through progressions efficiently. His vision is rarely obstructed, he keeps eyes downfield in face of the rush and does not take many risks with the football. Leads wide receivers, throws to a spot and anticipates very well. Shows good pre-snap ID of where to go with the ball. McBride displays good poise and composure, but rarely looks settled even when balanced. He has choppy feet that are constantly moving and he seems antsy at times. He is a tough player and will deliver under duress and take a shot. Rarely works from under center and is a pure shotgun guy. He maintains a balanced base. Wastes little time from snap-to-delivery and is quickly able to get the ball out. Ball carriage is compact and he is consistent in his delivery and mechanically sound. Would like to see slightly lower ball carriage. He props the ball high at chin level, but does not create a "pusher" appearance. He consistently displays the arm to drive the deep comeback route from opposite hash to sideline, shows zip and power in short and intermediate passing game and can make all the necessary college throws. His vertical arm is good, not elite. Extremely accurate when feet are set and balanced. McBride throws to a spot, shows timing and rhythm and throws a catchable ball leading receivers with the ability to change ball speeds. Throws accurately on the run to both sides. However, he has little experience with play-action, mesh points and carrying out ball fakes in this scheme. He's not a runner or dual-threat, but will win with his arm. Our concern is whether he could pop the ball quickly if under duress. He has a long, high release with slight hitch in motion. Reminds us a Class of 2010 QB and current Tennessee starter Tyler Bray. Perfect for a multiple scheme from under center and a blend of play-action. Excellent prospect.

CB
QB
HB
:Michigan:
Banks continues the Wolverines tradition of signing athletes that can play just about any skill position on the field. In high school, he not only plays both sides of the ball but is All-State at both QB and CB. For Michigan, Banks will focus on playing CB, though will have plenty of opportunity to run some Wildcat and possibly return kicks. His signing will allow the Wolverines to make some moves to fill the FS that was a need for this class. Don't expect him to redshirt his first year as coaches for both offense & defense are already scheming of ways to get him involved.

Like that throw accuracy of 87  but CB appears to be a much better home for him that is for sure.

Oh and Papa, I need Hill to hold off just one more week on Committing to LSU. :smh:

Yeah... that 87 THA is certainly nice but he wouldn't get enough playing time at QB and DB is a position of need for depth. He'll be the 4th deep there but it will also allow him to play other positions. That and him being only 6'0 is a little short for QB.

Don't know about for anyone else but this class of MLBs sucks. It's a position I need for depth and development but I haven't found one I like very much. I have 13 targetted MLBs on my roster just hoping one of them will pan out in scouting.

Thankfully I don't need very many (I only have 14 roster spots available) but I will say that by far the best OLB I've seen is in this class. nykia & I are battling for him. Aside from him, there are about 5 other good players that I really want but the second tier of recruits is really thin.

Yeah... they look very similar. Only difference is in my defense, coverage skills are high value for one of my LBs. I use different personnel for different formations so he'd get quite a few snaps as a freshman in my formations I want coverage.

Yeah, I had 2 SR OLB's so I needed to redshirt him so he can start next season. My LB's are going to be nasty in a few seasons.

:Michigan:
:Notre_Dame:
Hall is a solid blocker for the middle of the line. With his strength and technique, he'll be a great addition to the Wolverines and be able to pave the way for the Michigan run game. He will likely redshirt his first year, however will be pushed to contribute significantly his second year on campus.

:Michigan:
:Ohio_State:
:Iowa:
:Clemson:
:Georgia_Tech:
James is an excellent pass blocker and with added skills as a run blocker. He'll fit perfectly for the Wolverine's passing game. With most pressure coming from the front side, he'll be developed to be a stud to protect Jones & company. With a thin Tackle group returning, James will likely contribute as a true freshman.

http://i.imgur.com/d6VTn.png
DE
:Michigan:
:Notre_Dame:
:Louisville:
Levine will be a stud in the Wolverine's 3-3-5 defense as a rush defensive end. With good strength and excellent moves, he'll have lots of opportunities to get in the backfield. Added, his pursuit & play recognition will make him a dominant force in a few years. As a Freshman, he'll likely redshirt though will depend on how well current players progress.

http://i.imgur.com/WC2e3.png
DT
:Michigan:
:Notre_Dame:
Martindale is another stud along the defensive line. His 309lb frame in the middle will be an immovable force in the middle of the defense but when he gets ready to make a play, he'll knock the offensive line on their butt in no time. With only two defensive tackles returning, Martindale will play right away, though how much playing time will be dependent on player development.

Oregon finally breaks through the 2014 recruiting trail and they do so with a BANG!

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_ben_keith_zpse90ef266.png

Ben was an interesting prospect for the Ducks at WR. With Oregon going hard in 2012 and 2013 to rebuild their WR corp the need for taking a WR in this class wasn't a big one but once they saw Ben at their camp they just couldn't pass up on the talent level. Ben will Redshirt next season to get familiar with the playbook and to work on building up a little strength to help him get off the ball. He has great speed with a good burst to go along with solid hands and running of his routes.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_dustin_smith_zpsfe400037.png

Dustin is kind of an interesting signing for the Ducks as well. Most thought the Ducks would pass on a QB this class but the staff really felt with Dustin's ability to run the read option in high school that they just had to have him. Dustin will Redshirt next season as well to work on his accuracy a little so he isn't to one dimensional when he is on the field.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_jerome_parrish_zps22bbe712.png

Jerome is quite the interesting prospect. At 6'1" and 260 he was undersized playing DT in High School though the staff loved his ability to get off the snap and cause havoc in the back field. Jerome will also Redshirt and will see plenty of snaps on the practice team his first year at DT and DE. Most likely he will be an DE the staff here at Oregon has been known to throw in some speed formations to throw off the offense a little.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_john_sullivan1_zps02b6a733.png

John will come into an Offensive line that is rebuilding a little bit heading into next year. The staff likes the position it will be in though with John coming in with the chance to crack the 2 deep right away. Sitting with just 1 upperclassman at C next season John may or may not Redshirt depending on if the staff feels they have someone else that could step up if needed.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_mark_webb_zps03f0ff19.png

Mark will come into Eugene playing along with Aston at SS. With 3 SS's next season Mark should have a chance to Redshirt to build up on some really good abilities already. Mark's ability to find the ball and finish the play has this staff really excited at the combo of Aston and Webb for the future.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_ryan_lucas_zps06ecb63b.png

Ryan comes into Eugene with the chance to play a couple of positions but the staff told Ryan that CB was the best chance to get early playing time and Ryan is excited at the possibility to do so. The staff though has told Ryan that they may put in a little offensive package or packages for him if he can handle it. Ryan has amazing hands and could really see time on both sides of the ball.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_xavier_robinson_zps92c6fbc3.png

Xavier is the second really good DE prospect for the Ducks in this class. Xavier is just flat out a player but he needs to work on keeping that same intensity throughout a whole game not just a series. Xavier most likely will Redshirt next season.

http://i597.photobucket.com/albums/tt52/psusnoop/rsz_andy_barrow_zps7fb030c3.png

Andy has the ability to play CB but just loves carrying the rock and the staff feels they may have found someone that can offset the power backs of O'Conner and Johnson for the next few years. Andy has solid hands and some shake when he gets ahold of the ball. Look for Andy to Redshirt next season though to improve on his ball handling. The staff will keep an open mind though for Andy at CB given that the Ducks are losing their Top 4 CB's after this season.

WR
:Michigan:
Michigan was in search of a speedster WR that they could put on the outside to stretch the field and Garrett is who they landed on. He's got good speed, good size, and hands that can certainly be developed. With a top-heavy receiver corp now, Garrett will likely redshirt his first year to allow him to develop a bit.

:Michigan:
:Notre_Dame:
:Iowa:
McCoy was far and away the #1 target for the Wolverines. He is the ideal Left Outside Linebacker for their 3-3-5 defense and he will start immediately. That will likely allow current starter Seth Andrews a year to redshirt so that he can improve on his skills. McCoy comes in with already developed coverage skills, tackling ability, and also the ability to get past blockers to get to the QB.

Big Update for the Buckeyes

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/jones_zpsfde195ee.jpg

Jones was the only QB the Buckeyes were taking this class and they are happy with him. He has good arm strength and good accuracy. He also is mobile enough to run the offense the Buckeyes are running now. At 6' hes on the short side of things but the staff liked what they seen. Jones will redshirt.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/Kirby_zpsc1f9f67e.jpg
Kirby will fill in some holes on the Dline this coming year. He will most likely be on the end but has the ability to move to the inside.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/Richwalski_zps68500c06.jpg
Josh will redshirt and was needed to fill a spot.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/Lumpkin_zps722488b1.jpg
Lumpkin was evaluated by the staff and they fell in love. He has a quick first step and a true pass rusher. Tackles well and gets off his blocks nicely.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/Brown_zps1f517422.jpg
Brown is a quick and agile CB, very good pursuit and reads plays well. A little on the short side but the staff is looking forward to his return skills and what he can become as a CB.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/vincent_zpsd2ec1d0f.jpg
With the Dline being a focus the staff went heavy on them this year. Vincent will come in and play on the inside, he has good strength and is a superb tackler.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/stokes_zps47cf3892.jpg
A possesion reciever who cant catch.....

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/Bryant_zps5d3bc5b6.jpg
Bryant was the only LB the Buckeyes were taking this year and with him growing up as a Buckeye fan the choice was easy for him. He is not as fast as the staff usually takes but pursuit to the ball carriers and the force he brings in his tackles make up for his speed.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/blount_zps08093ab9.jpg
Blount is a true DE, and the #1 DE in the class. His bull rush is his best move he is strong and 6'7" to boot. His size will disrupt the passing lanes and he is a sure fire tackler.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/sims_zpsddf37221.jpg
Sims is the best cover CB the Buckeyes got in this class. Speed and man coverage is what he is best at and loves to play physical. With what is leaving this year look for Sims to start from day 1.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v160/daddy2002/ATHKellyTurner.png

Turner gives LSU some explosiveness from the tailback position....Coach Shirlee sees a thunder & lightning combo with current redshirt freshman RB Jordan Colbert.

Coach Shirlee FINALLY signs a stud WR....Humphrey's explosiveness and route-running ability should help him see the field early in Baton Rouge.

TE
:Michigan:
Capps is a nice addition to the Wolverines offense with a balance of receiving and blocking. Primarily Michigan uses a 2 Tight End sets to have a blocker and a receiver on the field but Capps adds both dimensions to his game with room to improve. Added, once he has the ball, he'll be able to run over his opponent. Expect him to contribute as a true freshman, though mostly in a backup role.

MLB
:Michigan:
:Kansas:
Parks is surprisingly athletic for a player with his size. His speed and acceleration combined with his ability to get off blocks give him a distinct ability to get after the ball in the backfield. However, he struggles greatly if the ball gets in the open field with his inability to chase down the ball carrier. He'll redshirt for a year to help develop his skills.

:Michigan:
:Tennessee:
Ham is a short run of a linebacker but makes up for it in his tenacity for making a tackle. While his overall skills as a linebacker are underdeveloped, he has excellent base skills that will be useful in the coming years. He'll redshirt allowing him a year to grow and get stronger.

WR
:Michigan:
:Michigan_State:
Wiggins is the second WR signing for the Wolverines and will be an excellent compliment to Garrett. While Garrett is more of a speedster on the outside, Wiggins skills and height will allow him to develop as a medium-range threat helping to move the chains. Both he and Garrett are expected to redshirt but will likely contribute significantly as redshirt freshmen.

:LSU:
Olsen is a big, bruising runningback. His low to the ground stature and bulky frame allow him to act like a bowling ball knocking down defenders. Since the Wolverines' depth at HB is pretty solid, Olsen will redshirt and plan to contribute in short yardage situations in the future.

Yeah, both of my new WRs have good RTE (85 & 87). Unfortunately though their catching skills aren't that exceptional; CTH is decent but CIT & SPC are poor. Thankfully I don't NEED either one yet so they'll be able to redshirt.

3 more added to the Buckeyes class.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/JOnesN.jpg
Jones adds to the lack of depth at CB for the Buckeyes. Jones doesnt have top notch speed but he is quick, Can cover well but gets lost in space sometimes. The staff hopes to redshirt Jones and have him work on him reading plays.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/Malonen.jpg

Malone is the most complete WR that was taken in this class for the Buckeyes. Losing possibly 3 WR next year the speed and quickness of Malone may help him crack the depth chart begining in the fall. Malone runs crisp routes and catches whats thrown to him. The staff is very pleased with getting hiim after getting a late jump on him.

http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d34/texacotea/SimsN.jpg

Sims is a lock down corner the staff has been looking for. He is fast and loves to play physical. He reads plays well and tackles good for the position. Sims will come in and contribute from day one.

:LSU: gets 4 of the commits at 100% scouted....

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v160/daddy2002/CBJoshFranz.png

Franz is not Coach Shirlee's typical CB with his speed/agility/acceleration/press coverage....but his height and man/zone coverage ability definitely fits the bill....might be a candidate to move to SS as Shirlee is not happy with the athleticism there in obvious passing situations.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v160/daddy2002/GRobertScott.png

LSU continues to bring in offensive linemen who are athletic and have the potential to be ELITE run blockers. Coach Shirlee wants to be able to run on anybody, anytime....Scott will definitely be apart of that plan.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v160/daddy2002/MLBAnthonyBowers.png

With Coach Shirlee's love for middle linebackers and defensive ends....LSU seems to be slowly heading to the 3-4 so I can have fun with my MLBs....just gotta build depth. Bowers with his block shedding and acceleration will help that transformation.

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v160/daddy2002/OLBNateWhite.png

White will be moved to middle linebacker....his tackling ability, play recognition and block shedding will be a plus at the position.

#19 WR Shawn Burke
#9 HB Ted Dowdell
#86 G Jim Dixon
#26 T Kenny Gschwend

Also, I have soft commits from:

Hard to believe I found this guy in the offseason... he was Soft to Wisconsin but they wouldn't offer a scholarship and Ohio State was his second choice. After a couple of weeks, he jumped at the chance. He comes in at a 80OVR Power HB and he looks like a beaut. Just a shame that I'm really deep at HB so he'll be redshirting.

tOSU had issues with SR CBs coming into this year and needed to address them with some young talent and they did just that.

You forgot about what-are-you-doing-here walkons... guys that weren't offered a scholarship yet they showed up anyway.

You forgot about what-are-you-doing-here walkons... guys that weren't offered a scholarship yet they showed up anyway.Well, I knew they would get signed (and I knew I wasn't going to see the Signing Day week results anyway :D), but I didn't realize they'd be in high enough numbers (or quality) to move teams up and down.
