How to get ppl to join my online dynasty?

I'm having a hard time getting ppl to join my online dynasty just wondering if is it the issues wit the game or something I'm not doing, please give me input , thanks.

Or is there interested but they can't sign up? Did you make it private to where they need the password?

I think the people who are interested in online dynasties are already in them and can't commit to any more. That's why there's no response.
