Yeah that was a mix of grabbing unclaimed talent and a mix of grabbing shear numbers. While I had a top class my star rankings were not very good compared to bigger schools and this game doesn't account for that.

Now if I was averaging close to 4.00 if be saying the same thing but since I'm closer to 3.00 I don't think I'd worry with changing it just yet. See what another year brings. If we all start landing 5 stars or lots of 4 stars then we have problems.

I'm really happy with my team. I can see myself staying put here for the duration. I just hope I can land the head coaching spot soon. My weak point is the secondary but that is going to be addressed this season. I've got a wealth of talent (albeit young) on the offensive side of the ball, just need to shore up the defense a little.
