Custom Conferences 2013 Season

Just finished year 1 in my offline dynasty and I am trying to follow the real life conference shuffle. However, I am having problems with essentially deleting the WAC. I keep getting a message saying I cannot make the conference have fewer than 4 members. Any suggestions?

My thought was to move the Independents to the WAC and have them just play each other every year but I cannot decide if I'd rather have that or if someone else has a better work around.

Unfortunately that's the best. :( Since the bastards at EA and the NCAA won't let us just plain kill the WAC in-game (it's gonna be dead in a year or two anyways), we're left with this work-around crap that leaves conferences not fully realistic. The best I have come up with so far is leaving Idaho and New Mexico State in the WAC, and leave/move over Texas State and UTSA, then try and make all other conferences as realistically accurate as I can.

Yeah I think I will make all of the moves and then make the WAC :Army: :BYU: :Idaho: and :New_Mexico_State:

That takes away BYU and Army's independence but I'd rather have everyone in the right conference than leave BYU and Army independent. It leaves Notre Dame indy and I'll move Navy to the Big East in 2015.

I know. :D I did include the NCAA in that sentence too. ;) Probably should have also mentioned the conferences themselves and whatever/whoever else has a say in that stuff.

I'm actually a little surprised the NCAA allowed the custom conferences at all. They removed the old option of being able to chose end of season tourny or bowl games YEARS ago (most likely due to the NCAA). Allowing us to create fantasy conferences prob was no small coup for EA to get permission to do.
