Will Rangers FC be in FIFA 13?

I don't know if any of you have followed the troubles of Scotland's most storied side (I have followed, casually, because I have a friend who is a fan).

This update says that, per Creation Centre, Rangers are included under "Rest of World". I guess we'll know for sure in a week. :dunno:
