It gives you a recruits actual ratings. They can increase or decrease, showing busts or gems.

Yes scouting works... for example, here's a player in our Powerhouse OD with a before & after. Note the significant jump in Speed, Agility, and Man Coverage. This is a 3-star player and he'll come in closer to a 4-star or even 5-star player.
