You will have to wait until they are released for DLC. No ETA on that, but I'd assume that will be somewhere between 45 & 60 days after the retail release.

If you pre-ordered from Amazon, they should have emailed you a code for the uniforms. If you pre-ordered from someone else or bought the game off the shelf somewhere, you're SOL.

Sorry man. EA may release those uniforms down the road (JB is predicting maybe in 45-60 days). I don't know if they'll just plain be unlocked for everyone or if you'll have to pay some minor sum to buy/download the uniforms. Your guess is as good as mine.
