Not up to EA, it's when the respective stores update. For 360, it'll be around 5AM EST tomorrow morning. For PS3, I've seen it update as early as 2PM EST and as late as 11PM EST. For the Season Ticket games, it's always been around 5 or 6PM EST for me.
