I decided to see what would happen if you uploaded an image of someone who has a face tattoo and how it would translate to Tiger 13... the answer, quite well:

I tried doing Mike Tyson's but for one, it had the face tattoo around both eyes and as well his skin tone was too light. I might play around with increasing the saturation or something to improve the skin tone and then post those pictures.
I may tinker around with it using other things like halloween masks or something like that and see how it turns out... could be interesting to create caricatures of celebrities.
