I played D3 football and while I created my entire conference, I'd love to import more than 12 schools. I bought the extra slots but it won't let me import those extra created or downloaded teams so I can replace all 120 D1 teams with 120 D3 teams. Is there any way to do this?

Nope, there is no way. What that extra slots thing does is allow you to download more than 12 teambuilder teams onto your system and game, but the maximum you can replace in the game is 12 different teams, there's no way to change that.
