Rb not playing in 2nd half

I have played 2 dynasties and in the 2nd half my #1 rb will not play. He is not hurt and i cannot adjust the roster to make him play. Has anyone seen this and know how to fix it?

Check your player fatigue sliders... you probably have your HBs not to come back in until they're 100% or something. Over the course of a game, the player may not fully return to 100%. I'd recommend setting it at 90% or below.
