Boy OU has absolutely no pull when it comes to conference schedules. (last 3 games of the year)

11/17 – at West Virginia
11/24 – Oklahoma State
12/01 – at TCU

Congrats WV, here is your lineup

2012 West Virginia Mountaineers Football Schedule

09/01 – Marshall
09/08 – Open Date
09/15 – James Madison (at Landover, MD)
09/22 – Maryland
09/29 – Baylor
10/06 – at Texas
10/13 – at Texas Tech
10/20 – Kansas State
10/27 – Open Date
11/03 – TCU
11/10 – at Oklahoma State
11/17 – Oklahoma
11/24 – at Iowa State
12/01 – Kansas

Back to back games in Texas. Might as well just rent a bus, stay at a Motel 6 and live off Whataburgers for two weeks.

Edit: Texas goes soft once again with the non-conference schedule.

09/01 – Wyoming
09/08 – New Mexico
09/15 – at Ole Miss
and then an open date, after playing this tripleheader of doom, you know they will need a rest. :fp:

And that will continue on until 2015 when someone showed up with a pair of testes and stuck @ND and Cal on the schedule.

REALLY disappointed that we dropped Florida State for an extra home game against Marshall. And here I thought we were done playing those fuckin' losers. (rolls eyes)

But it's like that every year? :dunno:

:+1:

They realize they can't get to 6 wins on just Iowa State, Kansas, Kansas State and Texas Tech alone. And with Baylor becoming good (at least when they had RGIII) and Oklahoma State not being a pushover, Texas needs all the softies they can to get to 6 wins.

Lately. it has been. There was a time when you had the likes of Ohio St and Arkansas on the schedule. I always enjoyed the Texas/Arkansas rivalry.

Yea and I'm not calling ND and Cal cream puffs but there's no guarantee they'll yield a good team that year. Of course the same could be said for Texas lol. Lol and what a mind f*ck placing Kstate as the last game of the season. :fp:

That made no sense. The last game of the year should have some rivalry involved. OU should end up with Okie St and Texas should have ended the season with TCU.
