Oregon survives a scare againt Colorado 45-27.
The ducks were actually down most of the game because of amazing play from colorado's secondary, Cb Vino from colorado had a ncaa record 5 interceptions while shuttign down the right side of the field, with 4 more deflections and a TFL.
The ducks rushing game and defense won the game as the ducks threw 7 interceptions and only gave up 27 points.
Did we change the sliders at all this season? just wondering because it has tough to throw nice passes with oregon, almost think my Buffalo qb was better, It not the passing game thats tougher but for some reason when i try to lead a pass it will go 10 yards farther that direction than i intended :/ lol
Probably just need to get used to this qb.

This week's game vs. Ole Miss had all the classic warnings of a trap game. After beating rival Florida, we get a week off to soak in the headlines and hear all the gossip about how good we are. Next week we travel between the hedges to face #5 Georgia. With a struggling Ole Miss squad, all we have to dois show up to win, right?
Colonel Rebel would have none of that. Ole Miss got out to a 14-0 thanks to a run stuffing defense. Simply put, their boys were stronger than our boys. Holes were stuffed, lanes were clogged, and the pouring rain made making cutbacks a losing battle.
Finally, our D made a nice stand to force a 3 and out, and the offense crossed into enemy territory. We had to settle on a FG to open the second quarter. Another quick stop gave the offense a bounce. The run game finally starting picking up the right scheme and Raijon Neal rolled for a sustained drive ending with an 8 yard TD. That opened the flood gates on Ole Miss. We scored 24 unanswered in the second and that was the game.
Both teams traded scores, but Ole Miss never got within 10 points again. Final score was 47-29. I figured this would be our slip up, but we didged the bullet one more time. We suffered another injury, but this is a short setback. #1 Heisman candidate Raijon Neal sprained his wrist and will miss the Georgia game, but we expect him to return to action for the week 8 tilt vs. Arkansas.
Tenn is ready to advance.

Baylor Shocks Oklahoma!
Well the Bears have woken up from their hibernation. They came out and did not let the #2 team in the country intimidate them. The Bears showed up and punched the Sooners right in the mouth. Despite the talent difference, OC Coach Willard’s plan seemed to be “we WILL run the ball,” and that they did. With 51 rushing attempts for 272 yards, and only 6 passing attempts, he stuck to his game plan. They ran left, right, and center all day. Not always pretty, but effective. The Bears also did a great just of spreading the ball around as QB, HB, and FB all had over 80 yards rushing. They also went 50% on 3rd downs. The only downside that kept the Sooners in the game was 2 turnovers, that both led to TD’s. The Baylor D did a great job keeping the Sooners out of the end zone as well. Talking with Coach Willard after the game he said that “we are finally starting to find our stride. Whenever the system changes it takes time, our plan is to keep this momentum, and continue to get better.
In recruiting news Coach Willard has Baylors big board looking really good. Not only has he already wrapped up 4 commits, but he has a lot of highly ranked recruits very interested in life at Waco. There were 4 recruits on hand also for the game against the Sooners, who came away very impressed with Coach Willard and his staff.
Next up the Bears, and Coach Willard will host and get to tangle with old Sun Belt Conference foe FIU, before hitting the heart of their Big 12 conference slate.

Coach Williard - What do you say to the reports your recruiting success is all due to the improprieties set forth by Amish? Are the fears of scandal gripping Waco yet?
