Guys I advanced this morning and in my haste to get it done and out the door and off to work I fat fingered my choice to stay at ARI and instead selected Decline Offer so someone else got that job. So when all is said and done I may have to forcibly get that job back.
But anyway Underdog is up with some OC and DC offers from his Alma Mater but it does seem odd that we never get head coaching offers.
DISCUSSION POINT: As a way to freshen things up do we want to begin allowing everyone to take OC jobs? I'm not sure I would just because it's so frustrating to give control over on that other side of the ball but for some reason we don't seem to be getting head coaching offers like I figure we should with as much success as we've had. Don't know, just a thought.

First off, get your Arizona job back.
Regarding the OC discussion, if someone wants to do that, I say they should be allowed. Perhaps the HC offers have to be from the OC/DC ranks.

Yeah I think OC jobs may be alright but we had issues with DC jobs because the time of possession was way off since the offense doesn't doesn't take time correctly when it's simmed but if we were to take OC jobs that shouldn't be an issue on the defensive side.
Anyhow, I'll leave it up to you guys but I personally can't relinquish that control again like I did briefly early in this OD.

Also, I'd be okay if we could go and get OC jobs, hell, that might help me out now that I'm out of a job anyways.

I'd rather give up defensive control than offensive. Sorry about your firing, Marty... Brutal...

I mean, I understand it. I think I took the bad from the first season with them, even though it was only one game. The next season was an abomination for coaching, and this season we got to a bowl. That's improvement, right? It's a shame I won't be able to coach that 5* RB through his career.

We can get you back to SJSU if you'd like Marty, just let me know when the time comes.
