Keep us posted Gnarly and let's try to get at least your week 3 user game in before you go out of town and if need be we can wait till you get back to get our week 4 user game in.

BEST GAME of my coaching career thus far.

San Jose State traveled to Eastern Michigan this week. At the Half, we were tied 17-17. A half that saw Eastern Michigan hit a big 80-yard bomb to Alford, and saw Kyle Fletcher(SJSU) connect on a 55 yard touchdown pass and a 44 yard touchdown pass. Attempting to hold the lead going into the half, EMU scored with 6 seconds left in the second quarter.

I got the lead a little past midway in the third quarter, and that was all the scoring going into the fourth, 24-17 SJSU. EMU would score immediately (7:59) once the fourth quarter started, and a turnover led to them hitting a 77 yard pass to take the lead with 6:37 remaining. With a little under 3 minutes, SJSU and Kyle Fletcher went down the field, and scored to tie it up with 1:16 remaining. 31-31.

The next drive, EMU hit two big passes to put them a little short of midfield. On third down and ten, on a gang tackle, their receiver loses the ball, giving Spartans a little more than half the field to work with. My plan was to take ONE shot, and then drain the clock if it didn't work. I sent people deep, had the right blocking, and Kyle Fletcher(not fast) scrambled down to the 20 yard line(I was jumping and screaming for him to run out of bounds.) Two more plays to get down and let Jordan kick the 18-yard FG with time expiring for the win!

Nice, great win Marty, those are always so fun to play. And to get the win because of a QB scramble, those are very rare it seems.

Especially since he's not fast at all. But he brought it down maybe 4 times all game, all with great timing.

Arizona sneaks past a higher rated and more talented Nevada team in triple OT.
We both scored TDs in the first two OTs and I got the ball first in the 3rd OT, I scored a TD but came up short on the 2pt conv. So it was in the hands of the D. On a critical 4th and short Nevada decided to through and a timely hit to a WR just as the ball got there caused an incomplete pass and got the W for Arizona. Great game.
Another workhorse day for RS Freshman HB John West who if healthy could have a great year and a great career.

Underdog, service will be up and running Monday. I'll be ready to get our game in anytime after 7pm CST, if that works. Then we can advance and I can get my game in with coach K before I wing it off to Vegas.

I only suggested after 7 because that's the guarantee of when service is activated. If I can get it in earlier, I'll text ya. Otherwise, tomorrow evening is fine too if that works. Get it in early enough and I can play coach k later.

I think the BYU-Memphis game is getting played early this evening so once that is done I'll be advancing and then we'll get going at a good pace again guys.
