Year Two - Bowl Season

We have reached the bowl season, and all six of us have made bowls.

Whatcha's Baylor squad is in the title game against a 2-loss Georgia team who tied TCU in the BCS standings to 3 decimal places at 0.992.

Deadline is Wednesday to then go to the offseason.

And that is how we know the bowl system is broken when whatcha can sneak in there with his cupcake schedule. :p

WOW!!!!! Baylor didn't show up for the championship game. Well, the defense didn't. Gave up 28 second half points to blow open a tie game. Ended up losing 49-21. Ugh!! :(

SMU survives the early scare from the domers and is able to hang on the final 4 minutes of the game, en route to a 42-35 Beef o' Brady's Bowl win.

Kyle Padron started the game 2-10 passing, before getting into a groove and finishing 37 of 56 for 398 yards, 5 TD's and 0 ints.

*on a side note, JB, i'd like a full schedule next year. i only had 11 regular season games. :P *

WMU put up good rushing yards and decent passing yards against PSU, but WMU's defense couldn't get stops. WMU loses the Pizza Bowl. At least it tasted good getting there.
