Can't get past 40 pts on D in RTG

WTH? I've played CB, S, DE, and OLB. I've only gotten over 40pts two times and that was when I got multiple sacks. What does it take to get to 5 star? Someone help me lol!

It is extremely tough to be a 5 star player. I only got a 4 star defender once. It would be better if they count if you run a coverage play correctly and if you shut down a WR. For ex, if you give up less than 5 catches, plus 20 points. They should show passes given up
