Flickchart.com is an awesome website that lets you rank movies against one another so that you can determine what movies are your top movies of all time.

The way it works is simple. You have two movies matched up against one another (like Lethal Weapon vs Die Hard) and you have the choice of only picking one or the other or choosing one of the movies (or both) to be put on your list of shame (a list of movies that you haven't seen).

So, without further ado, the first matchup! Click on the name of the movie to be linked to the IMDB page to learn about the movie if you don't immediately recognize it.

28 Days Later... (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0289043/)

Again, only up for 24 hours since it just makes it easier to progress to the next one.

Easiest choice so far... 28 Days Later. Great movie regardless of zombie/horror genre.

Well, personally, I REALLY like The Ring as well. I saw it in the theater, but I saw it with a friend and way at the end of it's theater life so we were the only ones in the theater watching it. The imagery and general plot of the movie is quite good, considering it's a remake of a pretty cheesy Japanese movie series.

With that said, 28 Days Later is a fuckin' masterpiece and it infuriates me every time I think about the trash that is 28 Weeks Later.

Yeah. I had a feeling that 28 Days Later would win this one, but thought I'd throw it up there anyway. Might end up ending this one early if it jumps out to a big lead (and I can always change the vote later).

Hmm both were pretty garbage to me..but guess I'll go with 28 Days Later for the whole zombie thing

Wasn't the original version of the "Ring" supposedly scarier/better?

Didn't see the Ring but did enjoy 28 days later.

is 28 days later the one where the group of people lock themselves inside a mall? then build 2 armored cars in the parking garage?

I acutally preferred 28 WEEKS LATER (the sequel) more than the original.

is 28 days later the one where the group of people lock themselves inside a mall? then build 2 armored cars in the parking garage? No, that's Dawn of the Dead. 28 Days Later is set in England and the start of the movie, the guy wakes up from a coma.
