So, went to the local casino to fuck around and gamble. Didn't have much money to blow ($50) and wanted to make it last so I was gonna play the $5 ante Blackjack tables, but, the shitty casino in WV only had one $5 ante Blackjack table and it was full for the whole 3 hours I was there. So, basically not playing anything at all (since I hate playing anything besides Blackjack and Texas Holdem) while waiting around, hoping for someone to leave the $5 table, I decide to leave. But before I leave I say fuck it and sit down with $20 at a $10 ante Blackjack table and win three hands in a row and then dipped out with my winnings ($25 after tipping the dealer). Yes, I should have rid the $40 on my third hand, but I pussied out and only went with the minimum but I was still happy with the small winnings considering I hardly ever gamble and this is actually the first time I've won anything at this shitty casino. Was fun though.

I remember a couple years back, I was at Country Concert down in Fort Loramie, Ohio (I had free tickets/passes thanks to work) and I pounded down a good 30-35 beers between noon and 8pm, possibly more. I lost count after about 24. :D I had 24 in my cooler with ice that I brought onto the grounds with me. Bought a couple more at the Saloon, and then myself, one of my bosses who was down there for all four days, and his two friends, we all pounded out a 24 pack as well while listening to one of the bands in the Saloon. :D

I wasted my 1000th post in the Mom of the Year thread. This is post 1001.

I want to thank all the people (including YOU) who made this possible. You know who you are, and without you, I may have only achieved 8 or 900 posts at this young age.

I want to thank my fellow TGT members for all of the banter we have shared. When the day comes that I no longer feel that I can post at the level I demand from myself and make that inevitable decision to call it quits, it is the comraderie of you all that I will miss most.

A special thanks goes out to the EA Sports NCAA staff for giving me something to occupy an otherwise monotonous existence and for accepting my ideas for what they are. I look forward to expressing my thoughts to you for NCAA 12 and beyond.

And not to be forgotten are the lurkers of TGT. You log on, but never sign in. However, I can feel your support and I know you go to war with me. You are the reason I get up every day and post small nuggets of wisdom to be ingested, digested and excreted by the NCAA community. Thank you for being the greatest lurkers on the 'net. Crazy night night last night...went to a wedding. A friend of mine and his wife were dancing. All of the sudden the music stops and my friend is on the ground. 5 minutes later the best man (who just happens to be an EMT) is performing CPR. I'm calling 911 and my friend has no pulse and isn't breathing. 10-15 minutes later the paramedics arrive. Use the paddles and get a pulse. They get him in the ambulance and he wakes up and actually tries to sit up. At the emergency room one of the EMT's tells us he's never seen a recovery like that. He basically had a heart attack and is still in ICU but should be ok. Totally surreal seeing your friend lie their for 10 minutes with no pulse. That blank stare had me up all night. The best man saved his life...thank God he's an EMT.

So a very special Father's Day to my friend Jim, father of 4. Glad you're going to be ok.
