Spurrier got the axe at :South_Carolina: as I refused that HC offer.

I really hope I didn't make a mistake dropping down from the HC of WKU to the OC at SJSU. I just played a great game in another OD. I'm the OC at Army. I was down against NIU but came back and tied it up to force OT.

NIU wins the toss and goes on Defense first, I drive down and score a TD, but my kicker who I have 0 control over misses the extra point. It was NOT blocked he just flat out missed the damn thing.

Then NIU scores a TD on my CPU Defense and kicks a smooth extra point to win 24-23! :bang:

I don't know why the CPU when it's on YOUR side sucks so bad at the kicking game. I have played well over 200+ games vs the CPU and I have never seen the CPU controlled team miss an extra point. I have blocked a few and I have seen them miss long FG attempts but NEVER an extra point just straight up missed. DAMN!

Yeah, my 95 OVR kicker was about 78% accurate last year. He cost me two games by missing routine kicks, too. Bah, moving on....

Houston - you have a problem. So I put on my CLW suit and tried it out. The good for C-Dub is I was able to get in your TGT OD. The bad news is I kept getting the same transfer fail as you. However, before and after I was you, I was able to get in the GBN as me. So EA is punishing you for becoming too powerful, too fast. Gluttony is one of the deadly sins....

If you are not able to transfer commish duties, can we stage a violent coup? Some sort of Occupy GBN movement, to wrestle away the power of one, in to the hands of the many. Of course, then we'd screw it up by trying to give everything away to everyone, which leaves nothing for anyone.

The "fix" that worked in my OD that had transfer failed issues was:

Another member that is not the commish needs to log into the OD, when it asks if you want to save the OD you say YES. Then that person starts a new OD using that saved-file, and re-invites everyone.

I'm not 100% sure what it does for the coaching records and all but it atleast keeps you for having to start over at year 1.

Hopefully the process on how to do this made since. If not I can try and type out the steps alittle clearer.

It sure does. Is there a way you can try to load the OD? I'm not sure what you meant, and I wasn't able to do it.

I tried again today and I kept getting the same Transfer Failed Error Message. I'll reach out to the powers that be here and see if they can get a hold of someone at EA to solve the problem.

I can't do it since I already have the Old Guys OD. I can only be the commish of 1 OD.

I'm going to try to see if I can advance from the web tonight. (of course this means no adjustments to schedules). if that doesn't work not really sure what i can do at this point but some have indicated that other members can save the file and then reload it and be the commish and invite us all back?

I would gladly do this, but seeing as I dropped out hoping to fix my transfer failed message, I am unable to. If we are unable to get this fixed, I'm cool with restarting the OD if that's an option. Another new team wouldn't bother me. We could always just sim the new dynasty how ever many years if people didn't want to start with the default roster. I really just don't want to have to look for another quality OD, it's such a pain in the a** trying to find a good one

You A) can't be the comish of another OD, otherwise you'll have to purchase the OD upgrade.

Log into in the OD, when it asks if you want to save the OD like it normally does say YES

Then log out of the OD.

Next start a new OD naming it something other than GBN.

When you start the new OD there is an option to "load from existing file" choose this option.

Then load the old GBN file.

Then re-invite all the old members.

Once it's up and running you can transfer the commish duties back to CLW.

Let me know if this makes sense.

To be honest, I feel like someone has kicked me in the nuts.

I started my OD 2 days after the game came out. We were going strong for 2 months, then the Transfer Failed bug hit us. I was pissed off, we had to throw all that work down the drain.

Then we restarted in late Oct, and "knock on wood" it's been going strong, but I worry it will too get the transfer failed issue.

This sucks! We've played multiple seasons and it is a possibility we have to throw it down the drain.

If Roady can't get the new upload to work. I'm going to take a break for a while. I don't even want to play my OD for fear of putting time and seasons into it only to have it give me the transfer failed issue. I'm better off playing for fun online vs Roady and other friends for trophies and playing dynasties offline.

With two new teams in the SEC, you are down to 2 OOC games. One is GA-GT, the other is Clemson, another rival game. Should I swap Clemson for either other team?

well does that mean i get CLW during the regular season? , i just dunno if it is as fair if i have no user games, plus i want to test out these great RBs on offense :)

but if i have no users games scheduled i would probably take out clemson for waldner at a early week if possible, since hopefully ill get CLW in the SEC championship game
