How to get users to change teams in Online Dynasty?

In my OD, I have a couple users who want to switch teams, we are using Coaching Carousel with contracts. Is there a way for me to have them switch teams during the season, or wait till the offseason. Also, will they be able to do so and retain the same coaches.

I don't think they can. They have to leave/get booted and then re-invited. At that point, make sure the OD Starting Point has been set to the proper Team Prestige level to a point where the proper teams will be available for selection.
