Man, I was destroyed.
Have ya'll changed the sliders? I can't do shit. The CPU is damn near perfect on his passing. Breaks tackles in the backfield and runs all over me. I did my best to score, my starting QB was knocked out of the game and my backup couldn't keep the ball in the field of play (screen passes he'd throw the ball out of bounds).
Combined my QBs went 16-39 266 yards 1 TD and 1 INT. The CPU went 12-17 for 294 yards and 3 TDs.
Rushing: I had 31 attempts for 97 yards and 3 TDs. The CPU had 33 attempts for 235 yards and 2 TDs.
It just seems like the CPU is hammering the dog piss outta me all of a sudden.
WKU is ready to advance...I guess.
EDIT: I'm sure ya'll are going to tell me, well you ARE WKU what do you expect. It's just wild how I beat Kentucky, then 2 other teams. Then last week I won but the server was FUBAR, now I can't see to do much. Maybe it was due to the rivarly. Guess I'm at a loss for words to explain why my team just isn't playing worth a darn.
We have 2 teams left, Troy and ULL, hopefully we can do better.

UCLA dominates in the Pac 12 championship preview. beating Washington 45-14.
UCLA needs to get Jerry Rice Jr. to the NFL so they have switch to an air raid offense, it worked with Rice Jr grabbing 7 catches for 108 yards and 2 tds. <== do you hear that San Francisco?
UCLA should ump into the top ten with only rival USC left on the schedule.
Edit: I feel kinda bad that on of the highlight pics is UCLA illegally hitting the Top Washington WR over the middle on a crossing route, which ended his season with a broken tailbone.

Kinda??? You're a better man than me. I'd put that pic on the cover of next week's program. Congrats.

Glad to hear someone is doing good. I must be on one of those "streaks" just played in my offline dynasty with Col St. lost to San Deigo St 36-34. I came back in the forth but couldn't get the onside kick to go my way.
Looks like I need to work on Defense. I'm giving up WAY too many points, no matter what team I use.

There was robbery in Waco. An overtime pilfering of the worst degree when Oklahoma State invaded Kelly-Shorts Stadium to play the Baylor Bears. The home crowd was deafening through the anthem, kickoff and didn't stop screaming until halftime. Baylor had run out to a 20-3 lead at the break, including a 79 yard TAINT in the second quarter. But as the master says...Not so fast, my friend!
Okie State scored on a strong opening drive to cut it to 20-10. After a punt, and a one play, 72 yard rush, OSU is down 20-17. Another passing TD and the lead is gone, 24-20. The madess goes on until the gun sounds 41-41. Baylor can't hold off the Cowboys and it goes into Overtime.
Baylor scores a touchdown first and the Okies match it. The Okies get a TD, and so does Baylor. In the third OT my 95 OVR kicker misses from 42 yards. Doom. In the last two games he has missed from 37, 40, and 42, while hitting a pair of 52 yarders. Go figure. But the Cowboys turn it over on downs and we go to the fourth OT.
Baylor runs it four times to punch it in from the 2. But my star RB was hurt before the TD. His slower backup scored. We had to go for two, and that change affected the call. I tried to pass, but it was broken up, so we didn't convert. OSU gets a 24 yard pass, scores on a 1 yard run, and converts the 2 pointer and steals a ridiculous win, 63-61.
At least the game was my #1 classic, so that should count for the two visiting recruits. Meanwhile, Baylor's hope of 8 regular season wins evaporates with the loss. Iowa State and Kansas State remain, and both want to avenge their losses from last year. Our first bowl bid hangs in the balence.
Looks like I need to work on Defense. I'm giving up WAY too many points, no matter what team I use.
Wide open game play got you down? Are you tired of Robo QB taking you out? Call CLW for a quick defensive pick me up. Before you know it your team will be sacking the QB faster than Obama spends the coin.

I need to give Dr. CLW a call. I drop 61 on the A rated Cowboys and come away with an L. :fp:

Just to help keep my sanity, did ya'll adjust the sliders? Or are they the exact same as when we started?

Not that I know of. We haven't discussed sliders in a while. But you are getting older...

Big Upset in Alabama today!
MTSU takes down Troy in another lesson on how to run the football with a final score of 36-23. MTSU's HB Pratcher ended the day with 216 yards on 26 carries and 3 TD's, with a long run of 78 yards. MTSU's QB finished the day with a modest 6-11 for 152 yards and 1 TD, with no INT's.
The real story today was MTSU's defense as they forced 4 turnovers, which was enough to slow down Troy's passing attack enough for MTSU to control the clock and get the upset win. This puts the Blue Raiders at 6-4 on the year. It also ends the Blue Raiders road trips. They were able to go 4-0 in their last four road games and will now close out the season with two very winable home games. Giving MTSU a chance to reach 8 regular season wins before heading off to a bowl game. Thats right the team that was 2-4 just four short weeks ago, is now bowl eligible with this most recent win. Things really seem to be turning around for the Blue Raiders. Next up the Blue Raiders will host UL Lafayette
MTSU ready to advance.

Thanks guys, I just wish I had given up on the pass earlier in the season, lol. I might be 8-2 right now, instead of 6-4, but I'll take it for season 1. Really looking forward to getting into next season.
