I know this is unsolicited but I noticed a few things when looking at your stats of your games and wanted to try to help out.

First off, I hope you aren't running that triple option offense with Navy because it just doesn't work very well especially with coach mode.
After looking at your roster pretty closely I really think you should try to run a more conventional power running game and short passing game.
Your top 6 OL are much better run blockers than pass blockers and your C and 2 Gs are very good do I'd try to run up the middle quite a bit more than off tackle or outside.
You also have a very good running FB which I see isn't getting very many carries at all. I'd suggest getting him involved and maybe even making him your top ball carrier. With 94spd, 97acc, 90btk, 86trk he should be a stud up the middle behind that interior line.
Your top 2 HBs are pretty good and I'd suggest getting them carries as well but your FB would definitely be my main guy.
Now the passing game, again your OL won't be able to hold up for long so I'd suggest a short controlled passing game with maybe some playaction once you've established the run. Slants, crossing patterns, middle screens, quick outs, things like that. If you are going to go deeper I'd definitely suggest keeping extra guys in to help block. Your top WR is a burner so get him the ball and your next two WRs and your top TE are pretty good as well.
That covers the offense. Now on defense I'd run a standard 4-3 base with nickel and dime and probably play more zone than man based on the ratings of your players there. As always you'll have to mix it up but I'd try to play a bend but don't break style and try not to give up the big plays since your offensive style will lend itself to eating up the clock and keeping that D off the field. If and when you do blitz I'd mostly send them from the offenses right with your LOLB, SS and MLB.
Hope that helps a little nat. If you ever want some more info or have any specific questions just let me know, happy to help out.

Thanks Coach!

Regarding the Defense I agree... I play more comfotably in a 4-3 than 3-4 and was going to switch anyway.

Regarding the offense, I have actually been testing different college play books because of the issues related to option running and coach mode.. For week 2 I tried Wake Forest, for week 3, Oklahoma State, and for week 4, Ole Miss (I think). However, based on your suggestions I will try to find a good power running playbook with a decent short and play action passing game. I have noticed that my running backs do run the ball well, but I have also noticed that in accelerated mode, they get tired awful quickly or sustain minor injuries. Last week did not help as my QB left the game with a concussion.

I will try all of what you recommended. Thank you very much again.
