Yeah if they don't commit to stay, they will still get job offers even if they have declined a job offer previously.

I took the Maryland job. Not having the 'state pride' unis is a downer, but I couldn't pass up their 88-rated offense. I really wanted to stay at Idaho and hopefully get the HC job there, but this offer was too good to pass up.
