Season 2 - Week 4, Deadline: Friday morning

Most of the time we get done and ready to go before 2 days but I think from now on we're going to go to a 2 day deadline to keep us on pace. Of course if someone really needs extra time we'll wait if you let us know, if you don't let us know here though we'll set you to auto-pilot and move on.

I'm going to advance in the mornings so that will give you late night owls all of two full days and nights to get things done.

What's with the two day thing? When you started this thing, it was like once or twice a week and now you are hounding me on a Tuesday night when we just advanced on Sunday night/Monday morning IIRC.
Plus, just because my 360 is on, it doesn't mean I'm on it. My wife was watching a movie, so sending multiple messages didn't really help.

The morning advances are a good thing, so please continue that. The only time I can play anything is late at night.

48 hours and advancing in the mornings should give everyone plenty of time, especially since there are only 5 of us and 4 are now coordinators and the games take half as long (30-45 minutes) and recruiting can be done online if our wives or kids have the TV occupied.

I also said if someone needs more time that's fine, things come up, we all understand that, just let us know here that you need another day or whatever.

I am done with my recruiting. I will be out of town starting tomorrow until Saturday afternoon.

Just had an amazing game. I got out to an early 17-0 lead behind some good defense and some poor passing by Washington but the quickly started to mix in the running game and stormed back to 17-14 at half. We traded TD's in the 3rd and then I went up by 10 in the 4th and then here comes Washington after my offense couldn't sustain drives.
Washington drove down in scoring range but the Tech defense held them to a FG. After another failed offensive drive Washington got the ball back and they mixed up the passing and draw plays to get down inside the 10 with :19 seconds left. The Tech defense held strong and forced a turnover on downs and secured the win for us.
The game played awesome, it was a tight, back and forth game with great stats and it played very realistic. One of the most fun games I've ever played and I only played the defensive side :) It ended up being my 9th highest ranked game as well. Good stuff. I can't wait to get into conference play next week.

News flash: Akron is a BAD football team. They got whitewashed by my Cavs. Less than 150 total yds given up, multiple TOs, and even a defensive score. Next!
