How does the job promotions work again?

How does the job promotions work again?Basically as the carousel progresses, schools will offer jobs to us depending on our success. For our purposes, remember that I've said no one can accept a job above a 3-star and actually looking at the ratings that Dawg posted above, it looks like even that is pushing it (though it's unlikely that we get 3-star offers just yet). I'm almost tempted to say that you can't go to a 3-star school this year but I'll let you guys weigh in your thoughts for that matter.


As for the upcoming offseason, we will progress with things day by day until Monday night where we'll plan to do the remainder of the offseason. I'll probably pass along the commissioner duties to someone over the weekend though as I will be unavailable for pretty much all of Saturday & Sunday.

I'll be staying at Arkansas State... if I'm offered the head coach job, who-ever is the commissioner can auto-accept it for me (it's an option with the carousel) but I imagine I won't get that offer.

My goal is to take over at HC for Army then eventually move to Syracuse after a year or two as HC at Army. Not sure how well that will play out, but I made all of my goals but 6 wins.
