Coaching carousel oddity

I'm three seasons into an offline dynasty, and Alabama and LSU have fallen upon (relatively) hard times, with each team going about 8-5 for the last two years. In the offseason, both teams fired their coaches. Where did they end up?

Les Miles was hired as an offensive coordinator by Miami of Ohio... and Nick Saban was hired as the defensive coordinator for a 1-11 Rice team.

Somehow, I think they could have held out for better jobs...

Both got caught doing some pretty unscrupulous things at their respective colleges and had to take what was available to them. When you're caught blowin' a guy (Les) and gambling on your own team's outcomes (Nick), it's gonna be hard to come by a new job. ;)
