Tulane's Def Coordinator is back from his mysterious illness, sadly Tulane had a 4 game losing streak while he was gone.

UNLV continues to find new and creative ways to lose. Against Colorado State today, we had a fantastic 11 play drive for a TD and XP. The Rams get a touchback and SIM an 80 yard TD pass. Our offense comes back on the field and goes three and whoa. On the third down play, my QB is sacked and fumbles for a scoop and score by the slowest lineman i've ever seen. Since the play scored, I couldn't challenge the fumble. So they get one offensive play and lead 14-7.
We tied the game for halftime, but CSU shreds me after the KO for a TD. Key play was the 4th and 3 rush for 4 yards from their 42 yard line. 21-14 now. Next offensive series, I throw a TAINT and I know the game is gone. I couldn't overcome the 11 fucking penalties and just chuck and ducked away the last few minutes of the game. This sucks. :fp:

The Cowboys were slaughtered this morning, threw a pick six near their endzone on the opening drive and never regrouped. Each time I drove down to bring the game close something happened, a qb fumble leading to a score, a field goal from the right hash that hits the left upright so square it hits the ground at the 2. Now we go against TCU and hopes of a winning season and bowl eligibility are starting to fade.

I could gather a group of neighborhood children and my defense still would'nt stop them. Lost to UCF 42-63. Broke school records for passing yards in a game and receiveing yards in a game. Both teams totaled over 1,100 yards of offense. Threw a pick 6 in the redzone that put the game out of reach. One of those INT's where your WR just gets lazy and the defender magically slides in front of him. Can't wait to get a head coaching job.

Do you believe in MIRACLES? YES! Rice takes out undefeated cross-town rival Houston in a battle for bragging rights in the America's 4 largest city. With the schools a mere miles a part it felt allot like a Duke Carolina basketball game with the intensity on the field. Coach Wyatt's defense brought the PAIN to Houston's "Rags" offense (only Roady will understand the reference - Rags was an original GBNer that did NOTHING but throw the rock all over the field). However, the Cougars had superior athleticism which allowed Houston to make a few big plays and it all looked to unravel late in the 4th Quarter but Rice held on to a 3 point victory over #25 Houston.
