go with the playbook you been running? or do you go with that coach's offense and run that playbook he runs? or do you find a playbook that fits your sytle under that new OC's offense?

The reason why I ask is, I am the HC as clemson and I run a spread but, my new OC runs a Pro offense (georgia) and my new DC runs a 3-4 which I run a combo of 425 and 335.

As for me I run my offense and defense CPB.

I switch to whatever my new coordinators run. It keeps things fresh.

That's an idea that I might have to try after season 1 in my offline dynasty. Throwing the ball all over the place has been far to easy so far.

This thread is a win. I've never thought to do that but it may be just what I need to keep the game fresh.

If I had control over my coordinators, then maybe I'd switch but if I'm running an Air Raid offense and the CPU hires an option coach for me, I'd be way behind the ball in terms of personnel.
