We have advanced.

I had another great game. I got past N Illi with their top HB out. Early on their QB was killing me scrambling so I adjusted and shut that down and then just had to protect against the pass as their running game wasn't very good with their backup.

My offense played well enough to score more points than they did and I got the much needed W.

Saw some great punts in this one. My P put one out of bounds at the 7 on the fly and it was in a crucial time so that's good to see.

Sliders seem to be pretty damn good right now but please let me know guys if you have any suggestions.

I may have had to many sacks in this one but I was spying the QB a lot so when he tried to run I was on him.

Week 7 of the 2012 NCAA season was Homecoming at Kent State University.* The stadium was decorated, the band had an extra pep in its step, and the Homecoming Court was dressed to the nines, in anticipation of a great
game against 5-0, Division-leading Miami of Ohio.*
*
The scouting department came in to this game realizing that it was going to take their entire team playing well above their limits to come away with a victory.* You might say that the coaching staff was just hoping to avoid a shellacking
on their home field.** Coach Davis was quite candid of this fact during his weekly pregame press conference.* He talked about the overall offensive prowess of the Redhawks, in particular their stud HB.** Even more of a concern is the fact that the
defensive unit is very skilled, with all of the back 7 rated in the 70s or better.* Everyone was on edge at the start of the game.** To make matters more interesting, the Golden Flashes were entertaining 5 recruits for the 2013 season, who were in town to see the
campus and attend their first Kent State football game.***
*
Every one of the Kent State faithful sat, hoping for a miracle under the Ohio sun.** A miracle is exactly what they received!* To say that the Flashes played over their heads would be the understatement of the century.* The tone for the game was set early on, when the Kent State defense returned a fumble 70+ yards down the left sideline for a touchdown.* This would be one of 7 turnovers on the day for Miami, though 2 fumbles were “refumbled” after the initial recovery.* Nearly all of the turnovers came while MofO was knocking on the door, deflating their sails on several occasions.* QB Spencer Keith was spot on, throwing zero interceptions on the day, while racking up 200+ yards and a TD passing.* The bright spot of the Kent State offense had to be their freshman fullback, Trayion Durham.* With Miami keying on HB J. Terry rendering him near useless, Durham was subbed in by the coaching staff to make use of his bruising power.* Despite the lack of experience that plagues all freshmen, Trayion came in and instantly sparked the Kent State offense.* With defenses keying on him as KSU ran out the clock, he racked up double-digit carries for 3.9 ypc and ran for 2 touchdowns.** He looked lively carrying the ball, despite his 6’1* 260lb frame.** You can bet that coach Davis will be getting him involved more down the home stretch.
*
The win helps KSU keep pace with conference leaders Ohio and Miami.* Next up for Kent is a bye.* *

Upset by Memphis despite giving up 600 yards passing. Memphis offense finally shows some life and pulls a last minute win against a pretty good East Carolina team!

Nice win Underdog, looks about right for E Caro, their offense is great, defense is HORRIBLE, their D cost me some money last year IRL.
