this may have been discussed in another thread but i just wanted to put this up and see if anyone has had this problem.
in my od im using army and in my 3rd yr. when i go into the pipeline state menu it says that new york will be a pipleline next yr when i have 8 players already on my roster. whats wierd is when u search for recruits in pipeline they come up for that state but when you go to recruit them you get no pipeline bonus pts. the other user in my od had the same prob in his first yr with rutgers. he didnt have nj for his pipeline when he had 27 players from nj. he got no bonus pts when recruiting in nj which can really hurt when you are a low prestige team.
