Police: Woman Assaulted 12-Year-Old Girl For Eyeing Her Boyfriend

A 24-year-old woman was charged Tuesday with assaulting a 12-year-old girl the woman accused of eyeing her boyfriend.

Candice Kiley, of 629 Howard Ave., New Haven, was attending a family birthday party July 23 when the incident occurred, police said. Kiley grabbed the 12-year-old by the hair and threw her to the floor, injuring the girl, police said. The girl also suffered an asthma attack, police said.

Kiley's 30-year-old boyfriend was in the kitchen cleaning up a spill when the confrontation took place, police said. Family members heard the confrontation and went to the 12-year-old's assistance, police said.

DALLAS — Dallas police say a mother has been accused of forcing her 6-year-old daughter to use cellphone video to record the woman having group sex.

The Dallas Morning News not identified the mother, to protect the identity of the child in the sex-related case.

The woman was held Monday in the Dallas County Jail on a charge of indecency with a child, with bond set a $50,000.

Police didn’t immediately return a message Tuesday on whether the mother was still in custody following her arrest Saturday. Police say the investigation involves three incidents since March and several men.

A tip led police to the woman’s apartment. Her daughter has been placed with Child Protective Service Services.

The newspaper reports an attorney for the mother did not immediately comment.

not in this State boy..its the 600 block or that type of reference , no direct address.. ..sued in no time..now, granted, very few read newspaper than use to and tv news damn well dont say an actuall address
