Commish hits the recruiting trail hard after starting 0-2 Coach Wyatt has had surprisingly "good" results out on the trail. So far Rice has added the following prospects:

PLAYER|HOME TOWN| POSITION|HEIGHT|WEIGHT|Caliber|Position Rank| :sparq:|OTHER SCHOOLS CONSIDERED
Perry McKinney|Temple, TX|SS|6'3"|207 lbs| :3star:| #55 SS|67|:Texas_Tech: :BYU:|
John Walker|Huntsville, TX|G|6'3"|266 lbs| :3star:|#85 G| 57| :Houston: :Texas_Tech:|
Kevin Robinson|Levelland, TX|G|6'5"| 284 lbs| :3star:| #59 G| 57|:UTEP: :Texas_A&M:

Robsinson was Coach Wyatt's first ever recruit which is surprising considering his defensive responsibilities. However, Coach Wyatt clearly wants to develop Rice in all areas and what better area to start than on the o-line. Robinson has very good acceleration (B) and average blocking abilities (C).

Walker is Coach Wyatt's 2nd Guard in the 2011 class. Walker also has good acceleration (B). However, Walker really excels in pass blocking C+ overall with B footwork and B+ pass block strength. If Rice can get Walker to put on some LBs he could be a really good one down the road.

Finally, Coach Wyatt added his first defensive player in the 2011 class in McKinney. McKinney has decent speed (B-) Acceleration (B) and Agility (B). He also is a decent jumper (B). A solid athlete that is going to have to work in the film room with his D- awareness and D+ Play Recognition.

Look at you being all graphic! Good whoring!

UNLV's defense gets worked by Hawaii. We scored 24, but the pour defense gave up 60. Glad I'm not on the hook for that one. Actually, the defense only gave up 53, because when we were leading 7-6 in the second quarter, my QB got sacked and fumbled in to the end zone for a recovery TD. Then the roof fell in.

Hawaii scored 27 unanswered points in the third to run away with an easy win. We'll have to tweak those settings on D for help. Hawaii passed for nearly 500 yards and most every offense is having their way with the D.

Ball State's defense causes some late turnovers to pad the final score and give Ball State thier first victory of the season. First year OC TJ Craig might age a few years during this season. He played all three quarterbacks against Buffalo. Trying to get some offense going, but the running game really carried the team in this one. Ball State looks to get ready for a really difficult match up against Oklahoma.

Hey Shards and I tried playing again and got booted, so we decided to let you just go ahead and advance the week, and we will let the game just sim our game.

Hey Shards and I tried playing again and got booted, so we decided to let you just go ahead and advance the week, and we will let the game just sim our game.

I had this problem as well and we solved it with a "double pause". Apparently, if you both pause the game before the initial kick off it significantly increases the chances of you being able to complete the game.

I have a dinner tonight but if you guys are both available try that. If you can guarantee me you will get the game in by tomorrow morning I can extend the deadline until then.

I made plans for dinner with the wife after we decided to let it sim. I will keep that trick in mind for my game against UNLV at the end of the year. Go ahead and move it forward thanks!

That trick won't help you when I wiggle the cord after you jump out to a 21-0 lead in the first quarter....
