How do you add more coaches in offline Dynasty?

How do you use multiple users in an offline dynasty this year? Like, how do I select both Gene Chizik and Nick Saban and use Auburn and Alabama in dynasty for example?

It's kind of hidden. I think you go into Coach Positions once in the Dynasty and then add more coaches. Let me know if that isn't correct.
