Voice chat in Lobbies and WR no looks

I admit I am not very forum savvy so if this is a repeat post I apologize. I searched but did not see anything.

Is online dynasty voice chat in the lobby coming back? They put it back last year are they gonna do it again for ps3?
Why do wide receivers get hit in the helmet during crossing patterns instead of actually looking and catching the ball?

I have noticed that the WR no-looks are not random... they always happen to me in back-to-back plays. Always. Every time. I've had several drives stall because the ball hits them right smack in the head. Something EA needs to address pronto.
