Base # of plays per team

A prime culprit with the CPB glitch seems to be the removal of plays/formations that the CPU then looks to reference in some capacity when you play. So I'd like to start a CPB where I only add plays/forms, and not take any out. As such, it'd be helpful to know the base # of plays allocated to each team, so that I can perhaps choose the one with the fewest (and thus give me the most flexibility). Has anyone inventoried this yet?

It seems as if the following happens: (ran tests)

When you take formations out, and add your own: The glitch with the 11 players in a huddle happens.
When you add formations, keep whatever is in the base playbook in: formations disappear, including Goal Line and Special Teams.

Gah! Maybe I will be limited to adding plays to existing formations and not touching anything else! Hope this gets patched...

Still curious on the # of plays though, if anyone knows...
