Putting together all of the details. Below is the draft order for those that are returning... the order was randomized. There are two available spots and will be filled from the 4 people that requested to join (skipwondah, straydawg, DariusLock, & ryby). As well, coachdenz mentioned that since he moved his new internet connection would determine whether he'd be able to participate... waiting to hear back from him for confirmation.
As for teams, as mentioned before, all teams will be arranged into two different conferences of 12 teams (6 users per conference, 3 per division). We'll be starting as coordinators. The maximum job you'll be able to take in the carousel will be at a 3-star school (either as a coordinator or coach). Since the goal is to stay at smaller schools, we'll be set at All-American for recruiting difficulty. I'll play around with sliders to see what set we'll be using... likely will start in the neighborhood of steelerfan's slider set (http://www.thegamingtailgate.com/forums/showthread.php?2600-steelerfan-s-Slider-Work-and-Stats-Thread-(NCAA-12)).
