This seems like a case the ACLU (or similar groups) would love. You don't need a license or to register a wheelchair and if she needs it to get around....unless she crashed on the highway or street, I honestly don't think she should have received a DUI.

She was riding around in a trailer park. DUI charges have been dropped and she might be charged with public intoxication, which makes more sense to me.
